SCYAN ELECTRONICS LLC is committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with the quality of our products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of your original receipt of the order for a refund, credit or exchange except best offer, clearance sale, closeout sale, wholesale and dropship. After 30 days, product cannot be returned for any reason. Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. No returns, of any type, can be accepted without an RMA number. Please email us and provide order number on receipt, customer name, item name, and the nature of the problem. All items returned for credit must be in perfect resalable condition (Item must be in their original package, not used and unopened condition with all warranty seals intact; Original manufacturer Packaging box and materials must not be torn, marked or damaged. Products and manual MUST be unmarked; all accessories must be returned). Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package. Include a copy of your invoice with the returning shipment. Ship returns with a tracking number. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and 20% restocking fee unless the return is a result of a manufacturer defect. Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that may vary from 20% up to the full purchase price or returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If by any chance we shipped you the wrong product, contact us immediately so we may rectify the situation. Upon delivery, any damage or shortages must be clearly noted and sent to SCYAN ELECTRONICS LLC within 72 hours for credit. Failure to do so will result in customer accepting full responsibility for the shipment. Any products that have been installed may not be returned for any reason, unless the product is defective. All disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of King County, Washington including the federal and small claims courts therein and you agree to consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available to it. The laws of the State of Washington will also govern the Legal Notices and Disclaimers and Privacy Policy without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws.
Our friendly staffs are standing by to answer any question you might have. We guarantee you a hassle-free and worry-free experience of using our product. Products warranty is provided by MANUFACTURER. The status of a defective product can only be determined by SCYAN ELECTRONICS or MANUFACTURER. If you believe your product is defective, please email: info@scyanelectronics.com to report any problem. Customer is NOT allowed to repair a product before SCYAN ELECTRONICS is notified with any problem on the product. If warranty seal or sticker is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer be eligible for any warranty, and SCYAN ELECTRONICS will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product. The returned item must be packed as if it were new and working. Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default. Key MUST is returned. Failure to do so may terminate your rights in claiming the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment, misused, or abused by the customer or carrier. If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE, we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return shipping costs, and you will be responsible for a testing fee of $25. If Customer cannot wait for their product to be returned and a replacement product to be sent, we will gladly ship a replacement product sooner. It is our policy not to retain Customer Credit Card information. Therefore, if you want us to send you a replacement product before we receive your returned product, we will require a Credit Card number, charge the Credit Card for the full replacement value of the product, and later refund the same amount to you if we receive the returned product within two weeks. A product that is no longer part of our current product line will have to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty replacement. Although SCYAN ELECTRONICS fully supports manufacturers' warranties, our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the United States, international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped the same day or next business day after orders are placed. FedEx Express Saver is defined as 3 business days for shipments if you order before 1 pm PST. FedEx 2Day is defined as 2 business days for shipments if you order before 1 pm PST. FedEx Standard Overnight is defined as 1 business day for shipments if you order before 1 pm PST. You will receive your lock before 3 pm next business day. FedEx Priority Overnight is defined as 1 business day for shipments if you order before 1 pm PST. You will receive your lock before 12 Am next business day. Please contact us for Saturday delivery. All shipment will be insured. No orders placed on a weekend or a US Holiday will ship until the next available business day. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days. Please be sure you enter your correct email address on the order form. The shipping tracking number will be sent to the e-mail account provided at the time of checkout after shipping. Please input your shipping address to find shipping cost. We ship via US postal office only for oversea shipping.

Customs fees and duties are your responsibility. All sold items are marked as merchandise at purchase price. We will not mark your purchase as a gift or undervalue the goods.
